The houses in Oasis launched over the past year have been 4 - 6 beds with prices from AED 10 - 20 M. The built up areas and plot sizes on avearege have been much larger than what you can find in most prime locations or other luxury communities.
On a price psf level - Oasis is half the price of District One or Jumeirah Islands. And while it is luxury grade, it is actually cheaper than ready high-end quality communities like Sidra & Meadows.

If we zoom into Oasis, we can see its right next to Tilal Al Ghaf - which makes for interesting comparisons with Harmony and Alaya.
Harmony villas are now handing over and the price points are more than double of what they were launched at. Many owners have also opted for the upgrade option from the developer. This is a snapshot comparison with the large 5 Bed with Garden suite type.
