• The houses in Oasis launched over the past year have been 4 - 6 beds with prices from AED 10 - 20 M. The built up areas and plot sizes on avearege have been much larger than what you can find in most prime locations or other luxury communities.

• On a price psf level - Oasis is half the price of District One or Jumeirah Islands. And while it is luxury grade, it is actually cheaper than ready high-end quality communities like Sidra & Meadows.
