Activity in the area

• Opal Gardens is developed by Meydan / Nakheel; was launched & sold out in 2022. There have been and are some limited resale opportunities here for the 4 bed large townhouses as well as 4 - 6 bed villas built with a lagoon in the center of the community. 40% of the total price is payable on handover (2026).

• Ellie Saab Vie (below Opal Gardens) is handing over now. Larger than average townhouses with higher-end finishing to adjascent Fields. Prices from AED 3.7 - 5.0 M (3 & 4 beds)

• On the large parcel to the right of Opal Gardens - Meydan have sold land to other developers; small clusters of only very high spec mansions, villas & large townhouses have been announced here. There is limited inventory currently in almost all these projects marked.
