This is now the status of sales of the fronds of Palm Jebel Ali

Frond F was released earlier this week and is also considered sold out.

• Most of the fronds on the right have seen release of the 5 & 6 bedroom villas

• Its possible we may see a further limited release of in future but likely for larger property types.

Pricing

• Palm Jebel Ali's 5 & 6 bed villas have been sold out at prices ranging from AED 19 - 25 M, with an average price psf of AED 2,600.
