A bit of a community recap as Dubai enters its final days of peak summer…

We started the current iteration of RealCO Capital in 2012. In early 2021, we started sharing some of our investment ideas using a lot of data & perspective on Youtube.

We called the channel Seeking Dubai - and it did connect us with a pretty wide audience - many of whom are now our clients. We’d like to believe that the vast majority of them would have experienced efficiency, transparency & consistency in our approach to the communities they have invested in. And while content is important, our business has been built on ‘deliverability’.

Since 2021, RealCO has expanded organically and covered more (yet select) real estate hotspots within our realm of competence. That little Youtube Channel has also evolved to become an effective media / market analytical tool that helps us keep connected with our network & share our ideas in our own way.

We have recently made major upgrades to our data and reporting abilities - and you’ll start seeing some of that here when we share more market reports.

As the market evolves, our focus continues to be on parts of Dubai & UAE where we can find & explain value. This is why this community channel doesn’t broadcast project announcements multiple times a week.
