Since last week, we’ve been talking privately to active investors about the release of Address Residences Dubai Creek Harbour.
This is a building directly on the creek and will be only the second Address building in the community. The other one, the Address Harbour - is the most beautiful and expensive building in the entire Creek Harbour district.
Currently bulk buyers are invited to purchase (2-3 units to up-to 9 units per floor).

In the metro district where the Address Residence is located - you'll also see another 6 buildings under-construction. Almost all of them have been released & sold out in 2024 itself.
But if we zoom out a little, we can see the larger Dubai Creek Harbour master-plan, there are two other districts - Island & Beach. The chart on the right is showing the ready buildings & under-construction projects with approx handovers.
New launches in 2020 - 2023 in Dubai Creek Harbour were fairly limited. And so in 2024 - the pace of releases is catching up & is being absorbed.
