Valley 2

Extension of the original sold-out Valley. Currently, the best opportunity here is to buy some of the remaining 5-bedroom villas in Farm Gardens.

Sobha

Expected to announce their luxury-grade villas near Valley along Al Ain Road this coming week. Prices are expected to start from AED 6.0M.

MBR District 11

Some good value buying opportunities on secondary resale in Opal Gardens. Nearby, Ellie Saab A’vie is handing over. There is also luxury off-plan activity in District 11 by private developers on the Meydan master-development, next to Opal Gardens.

Athalon

Some cancellations are coming in for select units, providing an opportunity to purchase if a buyer is ready.

Damac Hills 2

Violeta townhouses are the most affordable in Dubai, with more units expected to be released.

District One

Phase 3 handovers expected in Q4 2024, with secondary market activity in D1 West.
