1 of the 9 clusters is ready now. You can expect an avg of 2 clusters to handover every year over the next 5 years.
Each cluster would bring in about 200 - 350 properties on average which is absorbed by end-users, particularly those with families moving from smaller apartments in congested areas.
Emaar have also increased the built ups and plot sizes with each subsequent launch. The house in primary market today is about 500 sf bigger than existing Eden townhouses.
Each enclave also has multiple architectural styles - so you're not going to see rows of houses that look exactly the same within one street.
