Expo Business
We had the privilege of being one of the first to get a private presentation on the revamped Expo City master-plan
For all our many clients who have purchased here - We will be contacting all of you to give you a brief on the same.
We were one of the first companies to start selling in Expo City back in early 2023 - resulting us in being one of the best selling agencies of Expo so far.
All our principals are also invested in this community - so we can talk to clients with more credibility & insights.

A Reality Poised For Expansion.
This is not just an idea—it's already a reality poised for expansion.
Last year, this facility hosted tens of thousands of delegates for COP 28.
Starting next year, GITEX—the largest exhibition of its kind in the Middle East—will also be held at Expo.
The government's goal is to increase the number of annual exhibition events from 300 to 600 and to triple the sector's contribution to the economy.
Expo Business
The primary focus of Expo City is the businesses that are setting up here:
Recent announcements of HQs setting up include Huda Beauty & WIO Bank. Other corporations which have or are completing their set-ups include Siemens, DP World, Emirates subsidiaries, Terminus.
There are also some major Fortune 500 companies that are soon to formally announce their relocations from other parts of the city to Expo as well.
The building marked above is called Sidr - and high-end apartments developed by Expo will be sold here in the next 10 - 20 days.
Expo offers everything: livability, lifestyle, uniqueness, no congestion, top-notch infrastructure, a growing pool of business tenants, and a strong expansion phase.
The real advantage is cash flow. The Government of Dubai provides interest-free, 50% post-handover payment plans.
After an initial down payment, you pay 5% twice a year for eight years.
The net rental income alone can cover at least 20% of the property’s total value, making it easy to own.
Thanks to the payment plan and limited real estate supply, it remains fairly liquid if you decide to sell before handover.
In contrast, a 15-year loan on a AED 2.6M property would involve around AED 700,000 in interest.
With the payment plan, you pay just AED 1.8M, with full ownership in 8 years.
