Nakheel published this video updating on construction progress for Murooj Al Furjan. It looks very very much possible that the first handover notices start going out in March or April 2024. When launched in May 2021 - Nakheel had scheduled a Q2 2024 handover for Murooj East - they are being delivered exactly on time.
