Sobha is set to unveil details of a new villa community next week, which will be located near Emaar's Valley community

• It is expected to have about 300 villas.

• Expected to have 4, 5 & 6 bed independent villa options

• Prices are expected to start from AED 6.0 - 6.5 M

• As with all other Sobha developments, it will be a luxury grade finished to market best standards.

• 40% of the community is expected to consist of green areas

• The only other villas in the area are the neighborhing Emaar's Farm Gardens in Valley. In the last & final release earlier in 2024, Emaar sold large 7 - 8,000 sf villas with prices ranging from AED 8 - 11 M
