The apartment market is where many investors & end-user are now concentrating towards.
Like JVC or Arjan, majority of supply in Al Furjan is mid-end; mostly launched from the 2014 - 2018 period.
Some of the newer upcoming buildings are significantly better than existing supply and considering Al Furjan’s location and competitive payment-plans - this is one of the better apartment markets to look at.
Also expect some further announcements in the nearby Wasl Gate community (near IKEA & Gardenia Townhouses). It is likely that there will be a new apartment complex launched there by Wasl Group.
