Update On Damac Villa

Sun City :

• Which we also did announce here earlier a few weeks ago is now oversubscribed.

Damac Island :

• Which was also announced at same time as Sun City is now where clients can look to purchase a 4 or 5 bed townhouse with prices starting from the AED 2.5 - 2.8 M avg.

• Looking at the map above - there are already several thousand ready properties built in the area with very high occupancy rates.

New supply from 2025 - 2030 will come in the form of Lagoons, Ranches 3 (5 clusters left), Ranim & Athlon and the two new Damac communities of Sun City & Damac Islands.

Larger Lagoons

There are also larger villa types that are going to be available

• Specifically the V-75 and V-1000 type.

• V-75 has built up area of 17,000 sf

• V-1000 has built up area of 25,000 sf
